In 1985 photographer Robert John was asked by Axl Rose to shoot Guns N' Roses' first photographic session, and since then he has had unique photographic access to the band. This film follows Guns N'Roses and John on the two-year Use Your Illusion tour. Coverage of concerts is intercut with interviews, rehearsal footage and photos. Contains frank language.
