1942: ' Hell Boats ' was the German name for the British Navy torpedo boats during the blockade of Malta. American Lt-Commander Tom Jeffords is assigned a vital but dangerous mission - to destroy a German arsenal in Sicily and break the blockade.
This exciting story of World War II is based on first-hand stories from a Commander of one of the British ships involved in bringing supplies to Malta - including the arms and men who were to turn Rommel back to Tobruk.

A frank account of life on the ocean wave in one of Her Majesty's Ships.
A series of ten programmes 5:Puerto Rican Banyan
A banyan is Navy slang for a beach party. And no beach party is better organised and more fun than a Navy banyan.
But the ship's chaplain has no illusions that after five strenuous weeks at sea, the run ashore to San Juan will result in lapses from grace that will eclipse the boisterousness of a beach party.
With a tolerance that only a navy chaplain can have, this man of the cloth says: 'It's just a fact I accept. We're all frail human beings. What cheers me is the sailor's honesty with himself.'
