Severely handicapped children are cut off from the world; they are isolated from the everyday experiences that normal children enjoy. Paul Barnes and Claire Woolford visit the Goldie Leigh Hospital to see how music is being used to try to break through this communication barrier. This creative use of music is a new and sometimes controversial form of therapy which aims to 'speak' directly to the handicapped child and his emotions, using the language of music to encourage some meaningful activity.

One of the greatest of all ' super colossal' Hollywood epics, Cleopatra, the story of the life and times of the legendary queen of the Nile, was the ultimate multi-million dollar production. John Bennett and Robert Spencer
This week's stories from The Book of Witnesses tell of miracles - one of them recalled by the storyteller for rather unsuitable reasons. The songs are again based freely on the Psalms, and the question ' You have a minute, Lord? ' leads this time to ' a sort of prayer - about bereavement.
