Famed for such ' Goldwynisms ' as ' a verbal contract isn' worth the paper it's written on' but, equally, responsible for such world-wide successes as The Best Years of Our Lives, Wuthering Heights, The Little Foxes, Hans ChristianAndersen. GuysandDolls. With Dana Andrews , Howard Hawks, Lillian Hellman , Rouben Mamoulian , Danny Kaye , King Vidor and Virginia Mayo
