The annual international match
The Number One court at Wimbledon is the scene of this important ladies' team competition between the best players in Great Britain and the United States. Two years ago-the last occasion they met at Wimbledon-Great Britain had a spectacular 4-3 win, for the first time in eight years, over the American girls.
With the Wimbledon Championships so near, the standard must be high and this Cup match could provide a thrilling prelude to the All England Championships.
