'Group Dynamics' is a name given to a special kind of management training. It involves a series of meetings with no agenda and no plans for action, forcing the individual member of the group to react to this unusual situation. Bruce Cooper, who has taken part in experiments of this sort in the U.S.A., discusses the validity of such training.
