To The Rt. Hon. David Lloyd George, O.M., M.P. at the Grand Theatre, Aberafan
His Worship the Mayor of Port Talbot, Councillor Joseph Davies, will call upon the Town Clerk, Moses Thomas, Esq., to read the Roll containing the resolution of the Council. The Mayor will then address the assembly and present the Casket containing the Freedom of the Borough to Mr. Lloyd George. Mr. Lloyd George will then sign the Roll and reply to the Address of Welcome. The proceedings will conclude with the National Anthem.
