FIFTY years ago the Margate Cottage Hospital
'laid the foundation of half a century's noble work on behalf of the sick and suffering. It has been a, boon to visitors and residents alike, and thousands of visitors have gratefully acknowledged the care and attention received.
It is now necessary to build a new hospital.
It will have eighty to one hundred beds and be replete with everything that modern medical science can suggest. It will cost £50,000, and in one year £20,000 has been given or promised. Treatment is free.
