Dr. and Mrs. Dale have returned from holiday. In the practice the doctors have been discussing the setting up of a birth control clinic, with a woman doctor in attendance. Roddy and Moira have lost a house they thought was theirs, and are once again having to start searching for a permanent home. Bob and Jenny have offered the twins a Swedish holiday as bait to make them agree to separate bedrooms, only to have the twins suggest the idea themselves. Sally has told Mrs. Freeman that her marriage to Richard has failed.
