Prince Bernhard is the Chairman of the European Campaign for World Refugees. Seven years ago World Refugee Year helped to resettle Europe's refugees but many problems remain in Asia and the Middle East. More have arisen in Africa. Sixteen European countries, including Great Britain, are now uniting to give all possible help in these areas - the 'haves' helping the 'have nots.'
