It is thirty-three years since Colonel Fawcett with his son and another companion disappeared in the interior of Brazil, but speculation about what might have happened to them continues even now. Following the publication of his autobiography Ruins in the Sky, in which he describes his part in the search for his father, Brian Fawcett discusses the .story with Julian Duguid , who was also concerned in the search.
