Spike Milligan in ' The Case of the Missing C.D. Plates'
Neddie Seagoon , a rich young metal bagpipe player, is washing his overcoat in a brook in Trafalgar Square when he is mysteriously run over by a steam roller with C.D. plates. Neddie, always the opportunist, demands recompense from the Lake Wanstead Embassy, the owners of the vehicle, who refuse to pay.
On his way to a hearing of the case,
Seagoon is mysteriously struck by a foreign piano also bearing C.D. plates. He reaches the court just in time to lose his deposit.

Nancy Spain chooses
' The Good-Time Bad Girl' as played by Marlene Dietrich
Her prototype is Lola from The Blue Angel. She appears in Destry Rides Again as Frenchie; in Seven Sinners she appears as Bijou. She is very sultry and faintly tarnished, highly questionable, with a slight foreign accent. Love affairs are to her just a happy hobby ... until she herself falls in love ... This Amazing Blonde Woman, with the heart of a fallen angel.
