Jack Leon was a child refugee from Belgium during the last war, and is now a British subject He has done such vaned things in the world of music as conducting the Guildhall Orchestra for folk danang in Hyde Park, the London Symphony Orchestra for the ballet, and two separate bands daily at the Prince of wales Theatre for upwards of seven years. Leon may, in fact, be described as an all-round musician whose object has always been to bring the best possible music of every land to the most widely vaned audiences.
