Introduced by Peter Scott.

Among the smaller islands of Galapagos are the islands of Tower and Hood. They are widely separated in distance but each is a natural centre for seabirds; pelicans, red-footed and blue-faced gannets, fork-tailed gulls, lava gulls and, perhaps, most spectacular of all, frigate birds. The males, when displaying, inflate a large scarlet bladder on their throats and shiver their wings in ecstasy to attract the female.
