An exciting new series of film stories starring Dane Clark, George Brent and Mercedes McCambridge as reporters with the Trans-Globe News Agency.

Mercedes McCambridge plays the part of the reporter Katherine Wells covering the case of David Keating, a minor awaiting the death penalty in Carlton City gaol. She believes in his innocence, although the District Attorney is convinced that this youth is a cold-blooded murderer. Her investigations lead her to the District Attorney's own daughter and to the truth.

Meanwhile, unknown to the family, Mr. Darcy visits the Gardiners and arranges a meeting with Mr. Wickham and Lydia; the result of this meeting makes Mrs. Bennet a very happy woman.

Yachting today ranges from the big ocean racer, and the 12 metre, which will be challenging for the America's Cup this year, down to the Dinghy classes, the Catamarans, and the little Cadet.
Tonight's programme shows some of the many classes of yachts, and includes film of Cowes Week and ocean racing.
Other topics to be discussed are the techniques and tactics of yacht racing, and learning to sail.
