Aidan Crawley spotlights industrial enterprise.

The Maltese Government has invited tenders for a contract to build an extension to its harbour. Applications have been sent in from many parts of the world, including one from a British firm which has done this kind of work before.
How does the firm arrive at a figure which will cover its costs and leave a profit and at the same time be low enough to beat all competitors?
In this final programme of the series Aidan Crawley reports on the problem from Malta and questions the firm's directors in London.
