Ricky is learning to be a bugler at an army camp, but his musical efforts cause more laughter than action. When rustlers trap Champion, however, and Uncle Sandy is in a tight corner it is the bugle that saves the day and the soldiers ride to the rescue.

Adelina Patti at Craig-y-Nos
The celebrated singer Adelina Patti spent the latter half of her life at Craig-y-Nos (The Rock of the Night), a castle in a remote village in the Swansea Valley.
Her home became a centre for lavish entertainment, and the private theatre she had built witnessed some dazzling performances by some of the greatest singers of the day.
Tonight, BBC Television cameras revisit Craig-y-Nos, which has now been transformed into a hospital, to try to recapture some of the atmosphere of Patti's day.
Those taking part include: Lucille Graham, Patricia Kern, Roderick Jones, Robert Thomas with members of the Swansea Little Theatre.
