Hywel Davies meets and introduces Polish men and women who are now living and working in Wales.
Since the disbanding of the Polish Army at the end of the last war many thousands of Polish men and women have been "living and working in our midst". Some of them bought farms in remote parts of Cardiganshire and are keeping their national traditions and customs alive, even in this Welsh-speaking part of West Wales.

A film directed by Fritz Lang.
[Starring] Henry Fonda and Sylvia Sidney
See columns 2 and 3

What chance does the ex-"gaolbird" have when he sets out again to make a life for himself in the community - what are the risks he runs, and what are his chances of slaying out of the clutches of the law? Henry Fonda in the role of Eddie Taylor and Sylvia Sidney as Joan Graham find the answers in this powerful and dramatic film, made by Fritz Lang in 1937, but which still bears comparison with its modern counterparts for suspense, terror, and for its superb use of the camera. "You Only Live Once" can be seen at 8.30 this evening.
