For Older Children: The Friday Western - Secret of the Prairie
Outlaws, led by a mysterious masked man, are terrorising and robbing a group of Chinese miners. One of the group is shot while trying to guard their hidden gold, but manages to leave a message in Chinese characters. The Cisco Kid and Pancho discover the message and use it to trap the outlaws and unmask their mysterious leader.

Children of the New Forest: 3: Alone

Adapted by Tom Twigge.
Under the guidance of Jacob Armitage, his 'grandchildren' settle into their new life as forest children-all but Edward the eldest, who longs to avenge the burning of Arnwood. After a brush with the Roundhead Intendant of the Forest, Mr. Heatherstone, Edward saves the life of Patience Heatherstone, his daughter. Jacob dies, and the children are left to fend for themselves.
