Philip Harben shows how to make:
Saute potatoes, grilled beefsteak Stroganoff, fast roast joint, and slow roast goose

Recipe of the Week: Grilled Steak Stroganoff
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
1 beefsteak (which need not be particularly tender)
Put the steak in a shallow dish and cover with the liquid mixture. Leave for several hours, turning it over occasionally. Then grill it rather slowly and serve a little of the liquid with it, blended with the dripping from the steak.
