A shortened version of D. W. Griffith's classic adaptation from T. Dixon's novel 'The Clansman'.
The special musical score, composed and arranged by J. C. Breil to accompany the original presentation of the film, is used by courtesy of the Film Department of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and played in the studio by Louis Voss and his Orchestra.
