He and poet Vinicius de Moraes were behind the genre's two most popular hits - Desafinado (Stan Getz and Charlie Byrd ) and The Girl from Ipanema (Stan Getz and Astrud Gilberto ). This episode recalls Jobim's golden era - the 1960s - when his international standing hit its peak, marked by his move to America and his collaboration with Frank Sinatra.
