Puttin' on the Style
8.30pm R2 Has any other screen actress matched Audrey Hepburn in creating such an individual style? Her first Hollywood film, Roman Holiday, won her an Oscar in 1953, and popularised the short fringe and Capri pants, but it was Breakfast at Tiffany's that made her an icon. It helped that couturier Hubert de Givenchy designed many of her costumes, but Hepburn made stardom look elegant. (Geoff Ellis)
