Ian Campbell presents traditionally based music from around the world recorded at concerts in Britain. This first programme features Jewish traditional music from the Burning Bush. They perform music from many different Jewish traditions, including songs from the ghettos of eastern Europe, mystical Hassidic dances, comic songs from Yiddish theatre and songs from medieval Spain.
