Folk on 2's New Year gets off to a rousing start with a special In Concert edition from Birmingham Town
Hall. On the bill tonight are Huw and Tony Williams ,

Paul James presents some of the best European folk bands recorded during their visits to Britain. The last of the series features Loznitsa from Bulgaria. They perform music from all regions of Bulgaria including both lively dance tunes and haunting slow airs. Vocalist
Kalinka sang on the original Le Mystere des Voix
Bulgares. Loznitsa first toured the UK in 1988. This concert was recorded at
Eastbourne Arts Centre.
