He has also hosted several flagship country programmes on Radio 2, including a spell on Country Club itself.
To make his return to the show even more memorable, David has the pleasure of introducing one of country music's brightest stars, Hal Ketchum , in concert.

As usual, Paul uses the first programme of the year as a get-together for the country's leading blues writers and invites them to select their favourite album tracks from 1994. As well as experts from specialist blues magazines like Blues and Rhythm, Juke Blues and Blueprint, Paul is joined by blues correspondents from Folk Roots, Mojo and Record Collector.
