Music Director of the Chicago Symphony
Orchestra from 1953 to
1962. During this time he built it into one of the world's finest orchestras, and together they embarked on a series of now legendary recordings. Jonathan Swain speaks to some of those who worked with Reiner, including Janos Starker , Isaac Stern and Ray Still. Producer David Papp
