A pile of flaking 78rpm discs have lain undisturbed in a south London garage for 70 years. They were recorded by Noah Zerdin, a Latvian Jew who founded two spiritualist organisations in Britain. There's a moving account of how the bodies of tuberculosis victims used to be exhumed to "cure" living TB sufferers in New Hampshire and a South African recording of an apartheid massacre that has now become evidence in court.
