That Lethal Summer by MICHAEL ROBSON with and ' She's 16. you know, and not entirely immature. I think she's outgrown governesses. You've had extensive experience of teaching in a co-educational school. You've taught girls as well as boys of Tessa's age - and successfully. Clearly, a girl like Tessa may well be more susceptible to you than to an unmarried lady of a certain age.'

A Cross of Nails
On 14 November 1940 Coventry Cathedral was bombed to a shell. As a symbol of resurrection, a priest arranged three nails from the burnt roof in the shape of a cross. 111 1962 a new church, designed by Basil Spence, with its Sutherland tapestry, rose alongside the rubble of the old, and those nails formed the centre-piece of the High Altar cross.
John Jacob visits the cathedral and talks to the people who created and work in this great modern building.
