Lucy Ash visits Orlando Tobon, a soft-spoken middle-aged man who has spent the last 30 years helping fellow Colombians in Jackson Heights, New York. When police find the bodies of unlucky cocaine couriers, killed by the cargo they were hired to bring to the United States, they contact Don Orlando who identifies the anonymous corpses and raises the money to give them proper funerals.
