Three years ago the Raleigh Street area of Nottingham was officially recognised as the most deprived in the county. When large parts of the area were demolished the residents became very worried about what was going to be built on the site - offices, high cost private developments or tower blocks? They decided to draw up their own redevelopment plan. How could they do it and would the council take any notice? Dennis McCarthy BBC Birmingham reports
