It is proposed by Dr Rod Griffiths, Socialist Medical Association, Chairman of the Central Birmingham Community Health Council, and opposed by Dr E. Brian Lewis, Chairman of the Conference of Senior Hospital Medical Staff.
Each advocate will call his witnesses, cross-question his opponent's, and argue his case. The jury will vote at the beginning and end of the trial, so that any swing of opinion may be measured and a verdict reached.
