The series offering the latest news on science, medicine and technology.
Tonight, Tomorrow's World travels to the frozen waters off eastern Canada, where treacherous icebergs flow. Plans are afoot to anchor an oil rig there for the first time; a risky idea, as the rig will be under constant threat of collision. Vivienne Parry checks out the latest in anti-iceberg technology - iceberg draggers, iceberg melters and, if all else fails, the crash resistant oil rig.
Also, news of the graveyard of the future. A virtual memorial garden has been set up on the internet, where people can post epitaphs of dead relatives or friends. What might appear to be yet another bizarre quirk thrown up by the world-encompassing computer network turns out to be a place of great emotion where the bereaved can start to overcome their grief.

Presented by Howard Stableford and Shahnaz Pakravan, Rebecca Stephens, Philippa Forrester and Jez Nelson.
