Peter Skellern, the singer/songwriter, Annabel Croft, the tennis player and Eamonn Holmes, the broadcaster, become Cudmore's pupils for one week's intensive tuition in the sport.
At the end of the week, they must crew a racing boat under Captain Cudmore in a real race - and try to win.
