Derek Hart considers the case of The Poor Landlord

"I'm not really a landlord - I'm just giving the house away, because I don't get one penny piece out of that house. It's just a dead loss to me.
You know it's terrible - they're very nice people, the tenants, but my heart sinks when I see them. I think, Oh dear, what's gone wrong now?
Mr. Wilson said he wants to see social justice - it's about time he gave us some. Not only with the rents, but also who can the poor landlord appeal to if his tenant continually disregards his duties."
