by Karen Blixen
The well-known Danish writer, author of Seven Gothic Tales, Out of Africa, and other works, reads an extract from her Shadows on the Grass. This book, which has an African setting, recalls Karen Blixen 's by now legendary existence on her coffee farm in Kenya more than forty years ago.
The reading was recorded in her country home in Denmark.
