1—Musical Acoustics
Despite the great developments in acoustics since the start of broadcasting, many problems in musical acoustics are still treated in terms of, for example, the experiments of Helmholtz. As a result, a wide gap separates music and musical acoustics. In his first talk Dr. George discusses recent acoustic experiments and the changes in outlook needed for their interpretation.
