Mountaineers Talking
C. F. Kirkus , P. S. Fellows , and F. Hansen
This twenty-minute broadcast is the first of a series that will be devoted to mountaineering, rather like the Anglers' Arms broadcasts, except that the talkers will be mountaineers and not fishermen. In some of the programmes there will be an expert with a world-wide reputation: in this programme, for instance, Colin Kirkus , who is an explorer whose work in the Himalayas and in many other climbs should ensure him a big audience for his opinions.
