A Play in One Act by HAROLD CHAPIN
THE Dumb and the Blind is considered Harold Chapin 's best short play. Its simplicity is one of its chief charms. The scene is laid in a tenement house in Bermondsey, and deals with poor, ignorant people, who have no way of expressing their bewildered emotions.
