tThe second of two talks by B. F. SKINNER
Professor of Psychology at Harvard University
In his first talk Professor Skinner outlined the history of Utopian thinking since Plato and discussed why none of man's dreams for an ideal society have ever been realised. He now goes on to describe the kind of Utopia which might be achieved through techniques developed by modern behavioural scientists.
