A second Chair of Drama has just been created in Britain (at the University of Manchester). Hugh Hunt, formerly a director at the Old Vic, has been appointed Professor of Drama there.
Glynne Wickham is head of the Department of Drama which was founded in 1948 at the University of Bristol.
