Mr. Vaughan is a man of many parts. He has been a magistrate for Cardiganshire for nearly thirty years and in 1916 was High Sheriff. He is also a member of the Welsh University Court, the Court and Council of the National Library of Wales and the Governing and Representative Bodies of the Church in Wales. He is author of 'The South Wales Squires,' an account of the Old Welsh Country life under the rule of the Squires.
