From Middleton Parish Church, Manchester. Conducted by the Rector, the Rev. G. E. Gordon
Earlier in the year a number of People's Services were devoted to telling the story of the life of Christ, and to showing its significance for today. This month the services turn to the other side of the relationship between Christ and ourselves. The four services from the ancient parish church of Middleton in Lancashire will be about the 'response to Christ.' The first response, the theme of this morning's service, is ' Repentance.'
