Speeches by M. Auriol and the Lord Mayor of London
As was the case on the occasion of the last visit of a President of France to London, in 1939. the Lord Mayor of London enitertains the President to luncheon at Guildhall. Among the distinguished guests are the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, many members of the Cabinet and of the French community in London. The Royal Artillery Orchestra play during luncheon and before the Lord Mayor's speech there is a short description of the scene by Wynford Vaughan Thomas
