In British Basutoland, Dr. Carl van Aswegen , an Afrikaner rebel, is the only doctor for a quarter of a million Basuto people in the wild Maluti Mountains. He reaches his patients by flying in a small aircraft into dangerous mountain strips Recently Peter Duval Smith flew with him to a remote bill village where this programme was recorded.
