Dorothea Aspinall won an exhibition at Reading University at the early age of twelve, and she studied there for five years, afterwards gaining an open scholarship at the Royal College pf Music, where she carried off the Wilson Scholarship. She has played piano concertos with many leading orchestras, and has broadcast on numerous occasions.
