On Wednesday the second wartime Derby is to be run and Wilfrid Taylor , who will read the race for Raymond Glendenning 's commentary, is to say something today about the respective merits of the twenty-odd horses that are likely to start. No one knows more about racehorses both on the course and behind the scenes, for Taylor travels the meetings all the year round. While the glamour of a peacetime Derby has departed, there is still a great amount of interest being taken in racing, as he will show.
