When young Judy Harper is rescued by the Range Rider and Dick from an attack by thugs employed by the town's crooked mayor, she and her father hope that at last someone has arrived in town who will break the mayor's power. Then the Range Rider is accused of the murder of a well-known rancher and Judy despairs. Can the Range Rider find the real murderer?
