Cookery experts, Joan Robins and Philip Harben, show the way to better cooking through the right choice of kitchen utensils.

A new French film on Rodin shows the relationship of the sculptor's masterpiece "Le Penseur" to his other works, and shows details of "The Burghers of Calais", a famous group which Londoners know well.
The commentary is written by Herbert Read, and the film is introduced by Charles Wheeler, President of the Royal Society of British Sculptors.
