Television reconstructs one episode in Scotland Yard's fight against the armed criminal.
The stolen motor-car, the 'souvenir' revolver, and the Black Market have brought a new and dangerous element into post-war crime. This programme follows an armed robbery from the 'plot' to the result in murder, and then through the intense detective work and interrogation, the tracing of clues, and the work of the finger-print and gun experts, to the moment of arrest.
